Store Events and Happenings

Books, Comics & Things frequently holds special events, gatherings, classes, and tounaments. Twice every year, we host free classes on painting miniatures. We also have "mini conventions" at each store once a year to showcase our products and allow people to come in and demonstrate a wide selction of games.

Gaming tournaments are a regular part of our gaming schedule for both collectible card games and miniature games. Consult the gaming schedules for each store to see if there is a scheduled tournament this month.

We wish to thank comic book artist Don Kramer for taking time in his busy schedule to stop by for a book signing on October 7th, 2006. We had a good turnout of almost 50 people. Watch for more special appearances in the near future.

We have active miniature gaming campaigns currently running at the Time Corners location and at the Georgetown location. Check the Time Corners Game Schedule or the Georgetown Game Schedule for exact dates and times. The following games have campaigns that are now underway at either store:
