Dungeons & Dragons: Nightmares of the Wellspring The city of Wellspring is a city on a hill (mountain more accurately). A center of trade and international affairs, the city is as famous for the Wellspring at its center as its extremely low crime rate. But the city of peace is changing…within the last five years the crime rate has increased over 1000%. Gangs and strange monsters are seen with frighten regularity and the city guard can no longer keep up with the ever increasing criminal activity.
